Refund policy

if your print isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

to start a return, write to hello@maisonseldore.com with your order number and we'll reply with instructions. prints must come back in their original packaging, in the condition they arrived.

once we receive your return, we refund the original payment method.

if your print arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the print and the box, and we'll replace it or refund it in full.

gift cards can't be returned.
