printing & framing
every print is made to order on archival paper. choose a size, choose a frame and choose a mount (border or full bleed). the price is the same for both mounts.
frames come in black, white or natural oak hardwood. the border mount gives every print the same clean one-inch white border.
every frame has protective acrylic glazing and hanging hardware included, so you can hang it as soon as it arrives. printing and framing are done by maison sel doré.
shipping
every print is made to order and ships framed and ready to hang.
we ship within canada. shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
when your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking.
if your print arrives damaged, write to hello@maisonseldore.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. see our returns policy for details.
returns
if your print isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
to start a return, write to hello@maisonseldore.com with your order number and we'll reply with instructions. prints must come back in their original packaging, in the condition they arrived.
once we receive your return, we refund the original payment method.
if your print arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the print and the box, and we'll replace it or refund it in full.
